Palm Oracle is provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and social sharing. Readings and related content are not medical, financial, legal, psychological, or professional advice and should not be used to make important life decisions.
Subscriptions and purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases, if offered, are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Apple’s App Store terms and policies. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the app, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
No warranties
Palm Oracle is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentic Hold Co LLC disclaims warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentic Hold Co LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of Palm Oracle.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
