DosePlate Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of DosePlate, operated by Agentic Hold Co LLC.
Food and habit support only
DosePlate supports food logging, hydration, protein routines, symptom journaling, reminders, and pattern reflection for GLP-1 medication users. DosePlate does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing recommendations, medication changes, or emergency services.
Talk to your clinician
Always talk to your licensed clinician about medication questions, side effects, nutrition concerns, dose timing, dose changes, or health decisions. Do not rely on DosePlate as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Subscriptions and purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases, if offered, are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are subject to Apple’s App Store terms and policies. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the app, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
No warranties
DosePlate is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentic Hold Co LLC disclaims warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentic Hold Co LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of DosePlate.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
